Vinyl seating in vehicles takes a lot of wear — sun exposure, friction, and years of getting in and out eventually cause it to peel and lose its finish. This car seat had reached that point.
The Problem
The vinyl had worn through and started peeling in the high-contact areas, leaving the seat looking rough and dated.

Rather than trying to patch the peeling vinyl, we replaced the damaged sections with new matching material, fully re-stitched the affected seams, and worked the panels back into the original seat design.
